ATLANTA — Heavy rain is moving out of parts of north Georgia after a rainy Tuesday.

Temperatures are running a few degrees cooler than Tuesday morning, Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan said.

The coolest air of the season so far will arrive late Saturday into the second half of this week, Monahan said.
There is also a chance for rain along a cold front to start the weekend.
