ATLANTA — Atlanta police said five people were injured when a tractor trailer and a van collided Monday morning.
The crash happened on Marietta Boulevard and Tacoma Drive around 10:15 a.m.
Atlanta fire rescue’s Cortez Stafford told Channel 2 Action News that two people were critically injured in the crash and one other person was listed as stable.
The driver of the van was trapped but was later rescued.
The truck is currently leaking diesel and the intersection has been shut down as crews work clean up the scene.
