ATLANTA — Friends and loved ones of a missing college student are breathing a sigh of relief to learn she has been found safe.
Investigators said late Tuesday that Monique Priester has been found.
Priester’s mother, Jacquelin Vanloo-Alkush, said her daughter sent a text message saying she was going to take an Uber.
“It was a shared Uber, and (she) just never came home,” said Priester’s friend, Darren Howard.
Since Friday, Priester’s phone has gone straight to voicemail.
