ATLANTA - Police have arrested a man they say admitted to shooting another man six times.
The shooting happened in the yard of a home on Inspiration Way, near Cascade Road in southwest Atlanta late Tuesday night.
Police found a Stephen Cutno lying in the grass with at least six gunshot wounds to his upper body.
Michael Robertson, the man who lives in the home, told investigators Cutno threatened him with a gun. Robertson has been charged with aggravated assault.
