RIVERDALE, Ga. - Clayton County police are afraid a teen they've dubbed the "Internet rapist" might have even more victims.
"There's a great possibility that there's more victims out there," said Clayton County Police Sgt. Otis Willis III. "He made contact via the Internet, then once they came to meet him, he'll produce a weapon. He would rob them and also rape them."
Channel 2 Action News has both a photograph and video of Conner, but police asked not to show his face because they don't want to spoil any potential future lineups.
Neighbors at Conner's Riverdale Road apartment complex were shocked by the news.
"I think that's very bad. I don't think that's a very good thing because I have three daughters," said neighbor Chaundra Williams.
"I mean, it's terrible. It's not safe to go in and out a lot of times because people are just so cruel," said neighbor Lizzie Gross.
Conner is expected in court next month to see if he will be released on bond.
Anyone with information about other incidents is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
