JONESBORO, Ga. - Businesses along a stretch of a Clayton County road are worried a serial robber will shoot someone again.
Police believe one man has robbed six businesses in the Tara Crossing Shopping Center on upper Riverdale Road in Jonesboro in the past week.
An employee in The Great Wall Chinese restaurant was shot in the shoulder when he fought with the gunman, police said.
A woman who works next door said she heard gunfire.
“I don’t feel safe knowing that somebody’s on the loose shooting people, trying to rob people and we work right next door,” Jessica Cole said.
Police said they believe the same person held up the CVS in the area and robbed the Beauty Mart twice.
