Police: GSU students robbed on same street

ATLANTA — Two Georgia State University students were robbed on the same street Friday, according to campus police. 

One victim told police that he was approached by a man on Auburn Avenue under the Interstate 75/85 bridge around 3:15 p.m. The student said the suspect pointed what appeared to be a gun in his back and demanded his wallet.

Another student said she was walking on the street with friends later that night when three people snatched a school-issued iPad from her hand.
