DECATUR, Ga. - Police arrested a man they said ran a massive tax return scheme out of a home in an upscale neighborhood.
Police said Chavo created fake
It is estimated Chavo's alleged actions netted him hundreds of thousands of dollars. Authorities also suspect he stole the identities of as many as 10,000 people.

Powell lives on the street where Chavo rented a home.
Several residents told Channel 2's Erica Byfield they realized something was wrong when they saw the police at the home and a couple days later Chavo moved out in the middle of the night.
Byfield spoke to Chavo's landlord on the phone and he told her he noticed large stacks of mail that did not belong to Chavo and called police.
Chavo bonded out of the DeKalb County Jail and is now facing several counts of fraud.
