ATLANTA - Channel 2 Action News has learned police have found a body in the truck of a car off Camp Creek Parkway.
Investigators said city workers were inspecting water sheds and storm drains around 12:30 p.m. when they found burned car. Upon further investigation, a body was discovered in the trunk of the car.
Investigators said the victim was burned beyond recognition and it could take several weeks or months before the victim could be identified.
Authorities said the road where the victim was found is on a limited access road monitored and maintained by city workers.
