GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Gwinnett County police have made an arrest in the death of Angela Rabotte.
Rabotte, 26, disappeared on March 29. One week later on April 3, a survey crew found Rabotte’s body partially hidden in the wood line near Arcado Road and Lilburn Industrial Way.
Rabotte was last seen with Charles Thomas Outlaw, 29, of Winder near Norcross. Friends say she had dropped her 3-year-old child off with a friend the evening before and headed to a party.
Thursday, police obtained arrest warrants for Outlaw for malice murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Outlaw is currently in jail for an unrelated narcotic charge.
