FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - An argument between a group of men near a south Fulton County bar ended with two people shot early Monday morning, police said.
Witnesses told Channel 2’s Darryn Moore the argument turned physical in a parking lot on Old National Highway.
Police said one person was shot in the abdomen and another was shot in the leg. Atlanta police spokesman Scott McBride said the man shot in the abdomen did suffer life-threatening injury.
A third person was assaulted.
Megan Sasser caught the tail end of the fight and said the victim who was shot is a popular person at the bar.
