DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police are investigating a shooting on an Interstate 85 access road.
The shooting victim told police they were at a Brookhaven Waffle House along with the shooter, but the shooting took place on the access road, which is in DeKalb County police's jurisdiction.
The victim is being treated at Emory Hospital Midtown, where a red car with bullet holes is marked with crime scene tape.
