DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia Supreme Court will hear a legal fight between the city of Brookhaven and a strip club.
The Pink Pony sued after Brookhaven passed an ordinance banning alcohol in businesses with nude dancing.
Pink Pony also says it was exempt because of an earlier agreement with DeKalb County before Brookhaven incorporated.
