ATLANTA - Police are investigating an early morning crash involving a pedestrian in northeast Atlanta.
A police sergeant told Channel 2’s Richard Elliot a car struck the victim on Ponce de Leon Avenue near Glen Iris Drive at about 3 a.m.
The pedestrian was taken to Atlanta Medical Center where he is in serious condition.
Police reopened Ponce de Leon to traffic shortly after their investigation.
