DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Some lanes of Clairmont Road were blocked in DeKalb County due to an officer-involved crash.
DeKalb County dispatch said the crash took place at the intersection of Scott Boulevard around 6 a.m. Monday.
The Decatur Police Department said one of its officers was trying to make a U-turn and did not see an oncoming vehicle, which struck the patrol car. The officer was treated at the hospital for minor injuries. A second officer in the patrol car and the other driver were not injured.
