NORTH FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A judge granted bond Friday for a nurse accused of assaulting at least two women in his care.
Channel 2’s Steve Gehlbach was in court as the judge set Michael Morgan’s bond at $40,000.
Morgan is accused of touching the women while they were unconscious at the gastroenterology practice where he worked earlier this year.

Warrants claim that he injected at least one of them with a potent drug to keep her under sedation for a longer than necessary period of time.
Morgan sat stone-faced in court Friday as his attorney argued for his release.
The judge ruled that Morgan can no longer practice nursing.
"He will not engage in that livelihood until further notice of the court," the judge said.
Besides not working as a nurse, Morgan also has a curfew.
Neighbors of Morgan's Adairsville home where he lives with his wife and parents call him a nice guy.
"We're in shock to hear this," one neighbor said.
