A man was killed at the annual Road Atlanta event during a race Saturday evening.
According to the Hall County Sheriff's Office, 29-year-old Andrew White experienced issues with his motorcycle while participating in the WRE motorcycle race. As a result of issues while changing gears on the motorcycle, he lost control and crashed into a concrete barrier.
White was transported by a private ambulance to Barrow Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased on arrival.
