COLLEGE PARK, Ga. - A man was hit and killed on Interstate 285 Friday morning after his car stalled in the middle of the interstate.
College Park police said the man’s car stalled around 2:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes. The man walked to the back of his car and was struck by an oncoming motorist.
All eastbound lanes were closed for part of the morning.
Police have not said if the second driver will be charged.
