COBB COUNTY, Ga. - A Powder Springs man could face up to five years in jail for allegedly touching the buttocks of three young girls at Six Flags Whitewater.
Cobb County investigators said Jerry Dean Westbrook, 69, has been charged with three counts of sexual battery.
Investigators said the incident happened last fall at a pool inside the theme park.
An arraignment date has not been set for Westbrook.
Westbrook is currently free on bond.
