DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Investigators say a stolen gun from the district attorney's property room and a
shooting victim's wake are connected.
He is charged with two counts of obstruction of an officer, reckless conduct, carrying a concealed weapon and theft by receiving stolen property.
A department spokeswoman said Dixon was spotted walking into Carlos Henderson's wake.
Henderson was killed during a shootout with Delmetrius Heard in the parking lot of Victory of the World Church in Stone Mountain, moments after Ryan Guider's funeral ended.
Police said Dixon had the gun in his pocket at the time of his arrest.
It was later determined the gun had been reported stolen in another case in DeKalb County.

This is the first time the theft at the storage facility has ever been reported. James told Byfield the thieves took guns and drugs.
James said the facility is near Memorial Drive, but declined to give the actual street address.
