• Issues getting through to Department of Human Services


    Clients who feel they have not received adequate customer service or who feel that their case needs immediate attention due to a pending deadline, and have not had success accessing the agency through the normal channels, have a remedy through the Department of Human Services Constituent Services office.

    Clients can reach the office either by sending an email to CustomerService@dhr.state.ga.us or by calling 404-651-6316. Both the email and the phone line are monitored on a daily basis.
