MCDONOUGH, Ga. — An arrest has been made in the attack of a 73-year-old resident at a senior living center.
It happened Tuesday around 5:30 p.m. at the Grier Manor Senior Living Center in McDonough.
"I'm very concerned. My mother-in-law lives here," one woman said.
She said she and her husband are staying with her mother-in-law in the aftermath of the attack.
"I don't feel safe leaving her here by herself," the woman said. %

Her mother-in-law says she's concerned about the violence, but feels safe.
"But if they hadn't been here with me last night I probably would have slept with every light on in the house," said Gloria Kimble.
McDonough police say the attacker asked the victim if he could use her phone. She let him inside her unit and that's when he attacked her.
"She was stabbed multiple times and beaten," Maj. Kyle Helgerson told Channel 2’s Tom Jones.
Police believe robbery was the motive. Officers say there was no surveillance video.
Gregory Andre Stillwell, 36, was charged Friday with aggravated assault, aggravated battery, armed robbery and burglary.

"Oh yeah, there are, periodically. We just had a meeting about that today,” resident Robin King said.
Relatives say their loved ones shouldn't have to live in fear like this. "I wish they would catch him," one woman said.
Police say the crime was one of opportunity.
