HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Someone killed a Hall County mother as she walked home.
Her family says the driver who hit her left the mother-of-four dying in a ditch.
Elizabeth Bond, 25, allegedly hit Brenda Turpin along Gillsville Highway and took off.
An acquaintance turned Bond in to police.
