2 injured, including child, in crash involving school bus in Hall County

HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Hall County fire services responded to a crash between a school bus and a car Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened on McEver Road at Vineyard Way.

One person had to be removed from the car and was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. One child on the bus complained of injuries but was not taken to a hospital.

The school bus was from Gainesville Exploration Academy, which has students K-5.

A second bus arrived to transport students home.

The car's driver, identified as Soleil Nyasamaza, 23, of Gainesville, has been charged with failure to yield after stopping at a stop sign.
