GWINNETT COUNTY - A Gwinnett County restaurant that was shut down after failing two inspection reports has re-opened.
The Flying Biscuit on Peachtree Parkway was just re-inspected and received a perfect score of 100. They had recently received an unsatisfactory score of 40.
The owner told Channel 2 Action News last week they were re-training employees with the help of an outside company.
