"Initially, he fired one shot into the ceiling, which was described as a warning shot. He then started shooting aimlessly into the crowd of people, striking at least three people," said Gwinnett Police Cpl. Deon Washington.

Two of the victims were shot in the leg. The third victim was hit in the arm and his stomach. All survived.

During the fight, another man in a blue coat is seen hitting two people over the head with a beer bottle.

"It's miraculous no one was more severely injured or killed due to the amount of people inside this establishment when this fight and shooting happened,” Washington told Channel 2’s Tom Regan.

The owners of a Jamaican restaurant called "Come Take a Bite,” located in the same shopping center, told Regan that the violence is disturbing.

"It's a good thing this happened late at night, and not when our customers are here and we are open for business, because that's not good for business," said restaurant owner June Lovelyn.

Investigators say they don't know what provoked the fight.
