GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — All lanes of Interstate 85 South at Beaver Ruin Road were completely blocked due to an overturned tractor trailer, according to the Gwinnett County police department.
The crash was reported just after 7 p.m. Sunday.
Police said traffic was intermittently flowing through one lane on the left side.
Drivers were stuck in the back up for hours Sunday night.
There were several vehicles involved and at least one serious injury.
The crash was cleared just after 11:30 p.m.
The accident involving a tractor trailer on I 85 South at Steve Reynolds Blvd. is cleared as of 11:37 PM. All lanes are open.
