DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A 5-year-old girl is recovering after being struck by a stray bullet.
DeKalb County police said an argument between two people sparked a shooting in the parking lot of the Highland East Atlanta apartments near Flat Shoals Road.
A stray bullet went through a window and hit the girl Sunday night.
Police said they're searching for the gunman.
