EAST POINT, Ga. - Firefighters returned to a warehouse fire Thursday morning to put out hotspots that flared up overnight.
Two fire trucks were brought in Thursday morning as firefighters worked to extinguish small fires.
The warehouse fire on Oakleigh Drive burned into the night Wednesday, and at one point jumped to trailers parked against the loading dock. In all, 10 trailers, two dumpsters and approximately 15-20 percent of the structure sustained fire and water damage.
The warehouse also houses the New Way of Life Ministries. It offered training and meals for men trying to get back on their feet.
Fire Chief Rosemary Cloud said her investigators are focusing on a pile of trash that caught fire, but it is still unclear what sparked the flames.
No one was injured in the fire.
Fire crews will remain at the scene Thursday to check for hot spots.
