ATLANTA - Atlanta Falcon William Moore was arrested Thursday afternoon on simple battery charges.
Police said the Falcons safety was involved in an argument with a woman on 9th Street in northwest Atlanta.
Police said they were told that Moore, 27, threw the woman’s phone on the ground and grabbed her shoulder during the dispute.
According to ESPN, last month Moore signed a five-year deal with the Falcons worth $32 million.
