DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - DeKalb officials responded early Tuesday morning to a Hazmat incident at West Side Place and Moore Road in DeKalb County.
Investigators were looking into a substance that was found in a some barrels left along side the road.
Officials later determined the substance was not hazardous. The incident shut down Henrico Road for a short time while crews investigated the substance.
Crews wrapped up and cleared the scene just before 6 a.m.
