DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Traffic is still blocked along a busy DeKalb County highway hours after a tractor trailer was involved in a crash that left it hanging off the side of a bridge.
Triple Team Traffic said the tractor trailer became tipped on its side onto the fence on Mountain Industrial Boulevard with Highway 78 below around 8 a.m.
As of 12:45 p.m., crews were able to upright the tractor trailer, but traffic is still being impacted in the area.
Mountain Industrial Boulevard at Highway 78 east is shut down. Traffic is being diverted onto Brockett Road.
Drivers can use Highway 29 as an alternate.
