DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police are investigating a shooting at a DeKalb County Walmart.
Officers say a loss prevention officer was shot in the foot while trying to stop a shoplifter at the Walmart on Fairington Road.
The victim has been taken to the hospital.
The suspect, a black man in his late 20s to early 30s, left the scene in a burgundy sedan.

In December, a man was shot in the parking lot of the same Walmart.
