DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Police released sketches of two men they said were part of a trio who violently forced their way into an apartment and beat the people inside.
Police are releasing sketches of two men they say were involved in a home invasion robbery where a 16-year-old was sexually assaulted.
Clarkston police said it happened Jan. 26 but they were just now able to get the sketches made. They said the men were heavily armed and burst in demanding money.
They said the trio forced their way into an apartment at the complex off Brockett Road in Clarkston.
Detectives describe the home invasion as violent and traumatic.
The men beat up a male while demanding cash and sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl, according to police reports.
Investigators say each suspect was armed with a gun and one of them was carrying a Taser. Police said a 5-year-old was inside, and slept through the entire incident.
