ATLANTA - Police found a man with stab wounds in the driver’s seat of a Ford Mustang in northeast Atlanta.
Two men from out of town told police they were attacked by a robber somewhere on Buford Highway in DeKalb County early Monday morning.
The passenger told police he fired several shots after the robber stabbed the driver. He said he struck the robber and left the gun at the scene.
The driver sped off and stopped in the middle of Monroe Place. Medics rushed him to Grady Memorial Hospital in stable condition.
Atlanta police is working with DeKalb County police to sort out exactly what happened.
