The defense rested today in the corruption trial of former Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill.
Hill did not testify. Closing arguments begin tomorrow.
Judge Albert Collier granted a defense motion to dismiss the charge of influencing a witness but denied another requesting a mistrial.
