The manhunt ended Tuesday afternoon, but the suspect was not captured.

Nearby Osborne High School was placed on lockdown as a precaution, but the lockdown was lifted Tuesday afternoon.

"It's just scary to see all that. I mean look, it's just crazy," neighbor Jennifer Bruce said.

Neighbors were concerned because police did not say who they were searching for and why.

Parents were also upset that school buses were allowed to drive in the search zone.

Police continue to track down leads.
