CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Clayton County Police are searching for a missing 23-year-old man with schizophrenia who may be a danger to himself.
Police said Sebastian Shepherd left his home around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday to walk to a gas station on Tara Boulevard and Flicker Road. Police said he never returned home.

Family members said Shepherd is mentally ill and may self-harm when he hears voices in his head.

Shepherd is described as 5 feet 9 inches and weighs around 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, a blue Polo jacket, jeans and white Air Force sneakers.
