ATLANTA — A watchful neighbor tipped off cops while a thief tried to break into a church in southeast Atlanta.
Police said the break-in happened Saturday, just before 1 a.m. at the Bible Christian Ministry Church at Ormewood Terrace.
When police arrived at the church, they found 29-year-old Akio Stephens in the church office trying to get away with camera equipment.
Stephens now faces burglary charges.
