CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — A girl is desperate to find her treasured stuffed animal after losing it at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Kayla Elizabeth, 4, was returning home to Allentown, Pennsylvania, after visiting her grandmother in Atlanta, when she left her stuffed dog, Maggie, at one of the Delta gates.

Her mother Lauren Elizabeth tells Channel 2 Action News that Maggie was once hers.

“She’s a stuffed animal I’ve had for more than 20 years,” Elizabeth said.

Elizabeth is thinking another child may have picked the toy up, since nobody at the airport has seen it.

The last picture of Maggie was one of her and Kayla at the airport, riding the train.

Maggie is described as being a white stuffed dog, wearing a reindeer dress.

The family is offering a $100 award for anyone who is able to return her safely.
