Burglars drive into front of Foot Locker store

ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating after thieves drove a vehicle into the front of a closed Foot Locker store Monday morning.

The crash happened around 3 a.m. at the Foot Locker store on Metropolitan Parkway.

Jonathan Colin of Atlanta's Profession Door was called in to repair the door. He told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that this is the second time in one week he has been called to repair the front door of a Foot Locker store after a car drove into it.

There was no immediate word from police or store employees on what was taken.

Investigators have not released a description of the vehicle or the burglars.
