Bicyclist hit by truck in Decatur dies

DECATUR, Ga. — A bicyclist struck and pinned under a truck Monday morning has died.

Decatur police said the man was struck early Monday morning at North Decatur Road and Willivee Drive.

The man, who did not have any identification on him, was pronounced dead at DeKalb Medical Center.

The Decatur Fire Department said a Ford Ranger pickup truck struck the man, but it is possible that other vehicles struck him as well.

Police said the man appears to be in his early 30s.
