ATLANTA — It was a cold start to Sunday morning with temperatures in the 30s across metro Atlanta.
Rain started to move into metro Atlanta Sunday afternoon.
Severe Weather Team 2 meteorologist Brian Monahan said it will be mostly light rain and continue into early Sunday evening, lasting until about 6 p.m.
The rain chance for Sunday is about 60 percent, Monahan said.

“It will be a mostly cloudy night tonight,” he said.
He said temperatures will begin to warmup to about 60 degrees Monday.
There is a chance for some stronger thunderstorms Wednesday.
