The Mercedes then stalled on the highway.

The two men, then flagged down the driver in a white car near 15th street in midtown Atlanta while the driver called 911.

Police said a tractor-trailer stopped behind the stalled Mercedes on Interstate 75 northbound.

Moments later, another car slammed into the back of the truck, causing an accident that shutdown lanes traffic during the morning rush.

Washington spoke to the victim’s ex-girlfriend Wednesday afternoon.

"How did you feel when you found out it was him?"
