ATLANTA — Thousands of people gathered in downtown Atlanta for a rally for women and social justice just one day after the inauguration of President Donald Trump.

Police try to keep marchers on the designated route as the march wraps up.

4:35 p.m. 

Some marchers have started to gather at the State Capitol to listen to speakers.

4:30 p.m.

Atlanta police estimate 60,000 people participating in the march. Police said the march has been peaceful and without incident.

Marchers in downtown Atlanta
