ATLANTA — Local and state politicians gathered off Ponce de Leon Avenue Tuesday evening outside the former Clermont Motor Hotel for the groundbreaking of the new Hotel Clermont.
It’s slated to open this time next year, as a 94-room boutique hotel with art deco accents, a rooftop bar and a destination restaurant.
