Anglin leaves behind a wife and two young sons, Javon and Ryan.

One Love Jerk Grill has been a mainstay during the popular Food Truck Thursdays at the corner of Peachtree and 12th streets in midtown Atlanta.

Thursday, instead of the usual long lines for the Jamaican food customers rave about, there was a makeshift memorial outside the truck.

"I felt it was important for us to be here. The kids grew up on the truck and for them to experience the love that people had for him and our food. That's why we named the truck One Love," said Anglin's wife, Mia.

Originally from Jamaica, Anglin moved to the United States about 17 years ago.%

Cooking was a passion. Anglin and his wife launched their food truck in 2012 and it was a hit.

Anglin was the only person who knew the recipes, but his wife pointed out that Jamaican food isn't about recipes.

"I know his technique, you know I know everything. I know how to make his sauces, and I think the recipes are inside of me and even my kids. My kids know what made One Love, One Love,"

said Mia Anglin.

She is deciding how to move forward with the business.

In the meantime, owners of other food trucks are honoring Anglin by raising money for his family.

"He would be the first food truck there, he'd be the last food truck to leave. Just a great guy. I can't tell you. I can't put it into words," said Jim Shumake, owner of Atlanta Creative Events.

to collect money to help Anglin's family have him buried in Jamaica.

Food trucks also will be collecting tips for the fund during future Food Truck Thursdays.

"I'm thriving off of the strength from people's prayers," said Mia Anglin.
