Delta flight from Atlanta to Denver diverted due to ill passengers

ATLANTA — Delta Airlines Flight 1817 from Atlanta to Denver was diverted to Tulsa after multiple passengers reported feeling sick.

According to Tulsa police, there are reports that 10-15 passengers got sick on board around the same time.

Members of Tulsa's HAZMAT team responded to the airport to treat passengers.

Delta confirms 152 people were on the plane.

Detla said in a statement, "The safety and security of our customers is our top priority."
