Metro Atlanta cleans up from strong storms

ATLANTA - Severe Weather Team 2 says the threat for severe weather in metro Atlanta and most of Georgia is over.

Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist said a strong cold front came through Georgia late Thursday night, producing a squall line.

Damaging winds knocked over trees and knocked out power for many in parts of metro Atlanta.
