Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines bringing back flight snacks, beverages

ATLANTA — If you’re planning to fly the friendly skies with Delta Air Lines, you now more options to wet your whistle and fill your belly.

Delta announced this week that it has brought back snacks and beverages, including new options, for domestic and international flights.

You still have to wear a mask, but you can take it off to eat or drink.

Main cabin customers will be served mini cans of Coke, juice, coffee and tea. As for the snacks, they will include almonds, Clif Bars, Goldfish crackers and a favorite, Biscoff cookies.

For those flyers looking for an adult beverage, pre-prepared and canned old-fashioned or margarita from Atlanta-based Tip Top Proper Cocktails will be available.

For the past year, passengers received a bag with just a mini bottle of water, a small snack and a sanitizing wipe.

The airline also plans to reintroduce meals for some passengers in premium seats in the months to come.
